Boilers works as steam generation units and finds use in industrial applications especially in areas where steam is required for process handling. The industry areas includes pulp, paper, sugar plants, rice mills, chemical, food industries and others. The boilers are based on factors such as exit pressure of steam, capacity of steam generation, type of fuel, type of construction, type of feeding of fuel and others.

AFBC Boilers

Features :
  • We can offer boilers under options like Single Drum or Bi-drum or Multi Drum or Travelling Grate or Dumping Grate Boilers
  • These can be supplied in steam production capacity from 5 MT to 175 MT as well as pressure from 10 Kg/cm2 to 110 Kg/cm2
  • For firing of boilers, some of the fuels that are suitable include Wood Chips, Paddy Husks, Bagasse (from cane), Groundnut Shell, Coal, Lignite, Cocoa Shell, Saw Dust and others

AFBC Boilers

AFBC Boilers are based on latest Atmospheric Fluidized Bed Combustion (AFBC) technology and come with bubbling bed type configuration. Backed by extensive R&D so as to ensure optimum utilization of existing energy sources, we ensure the solutions offered by us are user-friendly as well as suitable for firing varied low calorific value fuels.

Bi-Drum Boilers

Bi-Drum Boilers find application in generating high steam-pressure needed for cogeneration/ incidental power generation. These are specially demanded in saturated steam applications demanding uninterrupted operation on highly choking fuels. The quality construction of these boilers also makes these deliver continuous operation support throughout the year. Further, as these have small water content, these rapidly respond to changes in heat inputs and loads.

  • In these boilers, water is circulated inside tubes with surrounding heat source
  • Energy generated from heat source can be extracted as radiant/convective & conduction form
  • Features furnace/radiant section which functions as open area accommodating flames
  • Walls of furnace section coming lined with finned tubes known as membrane panels that come designed for absorbing radiant heat from flame
  • Two drums come connected through large number of convective heat transfer tubes
  • Can be delivered in over bed & under bed options
  • Delivers better fluidization as well as more residence time

Travelling Grate Boilers

Travelling Grate Boilers is operated through burning of mustered husk and paddy straw and provides for superior combustion efficiency. Providing for high operation reliability, these also ensure low down time as well as comparatively less fouling and sagging possibilities.
