Ashoka industries established itself as one of the largest manufacturers and suppliers of heavy duty industrial spares, process machinery as well as EPC contractor of turnkey projects. Following are the capabilities with which we are able to clear every obstacle that come in the path of our success.

As an ISO 9001 company, we ashoka industries possess production facilities in the area situated near national capital region. The facility is divided into two manufacturing units, which are covering approximately 120,000 sq. feet of working area with another 40,000 sq. feet under construction. A team of over 200 skilled personnel is working with us, which includes engineers, design draftsman, business management graduates and certified machinist.

We are capable of providing the facility of heavy fabrication and machining under one roof. The fabrication is done in compliance with international welding procedures using material as per the requirements detailed by our clients. We are using special purpose machines including profiles cutters, SAW/ARC/MIG/TIG welding machines, bending and rolling machines and special holding & rotating equipment that are used for efficient welding, surface treatment (including shot blasting & sand blasting) and heat treatment process.

The special purpose machine is also used for finishing on imported floor and horizontal borers, vertical turret lathes, heavy duty turning lathes, floor drills, gear cutting hobbers etc. We also possess the lifting and handling capacity of 75 MT single piece.

We are a turnkey project undertaker and complete solution provider in the field of erection and commissioning of small and medium scale cement and sugar plants. We also supply solutions for limited type of fertilizer plants and steel rolling mills.

The prime importance is given to positioning and layout of the equipment. This maximize the overall running efficiency of plant, not only in terms of individual equipment performance but also in terms of effectiveness of material handling in the entire project.

We utilize the experience to maximize expertise in accordance with the requirements of the international markets. The latest upgradations and advancements are incorporated in the designs. Special computerized design software, with newest versions, such as SOLIDWORKS and AUTOCAD are used for all drawings including equipment drawings, general arrangements and layouts, civil drawings and process flow sheets.

Through proper turnkey project management, we convert an open ground in to a productive manufacturing unit. Backed by a team of killed and experienced personnel, we are fully capable of putting our machines into operation and handing a running plants key to the customer.
